Christine Joy Epres joined Littler from the public sector, where she gained nearly 13 years of litigation experience.

She most recently served as an employment litigation attorney for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in San Francisco, defending the agency in labor and employment law issues (e.g. discrimination and harassment, reasonable accommodations for disability and religion, discipline matters, retaliation and whistleblower protections) brought before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Merit System Protection Board (MSPB).

Christine previously worked in the federal government, where she litigated high volume immigration cases involving issues of fraud and national security for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in San Francisco Immigration Court.

Christine began her legal career as a juvenile delinquency prosecutor in Brooklyn, New York, where she investigated and prosecuted hundreds of felonies and sexual offenses and conducted hundreds of forensic interviews of young sexual assault victims and witnesses.
