Chaunelle C. Robinson
Chaunelle C. Robinson advises and represents employers in labor and employment law matters, with an emphasis on litigation.
Chaunelle spent the first decade of her legal career working in the Office of the Corporation Counsel for the City of Jersey City, where she most recently focused exclusively on labor and employment law. Chaunelle has argued before the appellate division and has several successful appellate briefs. Her significant courtroom experience includes having argued countless pretrial and trial motions as well as having tried numerous cases to verdict. Before concentrating on labor and employment law, Chaunelle handled Title 59 torts cases, including several wrongful death cases, and defended the City of Jersey City and its police officers in civil rights cases.
Chaunelle has experience working in human resources to create workplace policies designed to minimize the risk of litigation and ensure compliance with workplace laws and regulations. She also served as the EEO/AA Officer for the City of Jersey City before returning to the law department.
