Overview

As a member of the Littler CaseSmart – Charges™ team and based in Connecticut, Channez M. Rogers is responsible for handling charges from investigation to conclusion. She works on client-dedicated service teams, focusing on handling administrative agency charges. She investigates charge allegations, reviews pertinent documents, interviews key witnesses, and provides clients an assessment of the risks associated with the charge. In partnership with the client, she defends the charge by drafting persuasive position statements and responses to the agency’s requests for information.

Prior to joining Littler, Channez was a partner at a civil litigation firm. Her employment practice centered on representing public and private sector employers in administrative, state, and federal cases including those involving employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, wrongful discharge, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). She also counseled and trained client personnel on employment practices that could prevent or avoid litigation, and was a frequent writer and speaker on labor and employment issues.
