Overview

Carolin Hartmann advises clients on international employment law, litigation and individual employment law. She enjoys trying out new things - both in her professional and private life. That is why she is particularly excited about the diversity of her tasks. With pragmatism, empathy and a clear head, she is working towards her clients' objectives.

She has conducted training sessions on employment law for managers at the Center Manager and Technical Manager College at ECE Group Services GmbH & Co. KG, and the training of employees of the HR department on all relevant topics of individual employment law.

Carolin's background includes experience as an in-house lawyer for employment law at ECE Group Services GmbH & Co. KG, project lawyer for commercial tenancy law at ECE Group Services GmbH & Co. KG, and a legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle with stations at the Regional Court and the Public Prosecutor's Office in Stade, the Hamburg Senate Chancellery, and the law firms Neuwerk and Meyer-Lohkamp & Pragal. She was also a student assistant at the Chair for International Business Law under the direction of Prof. Dr. Ingo Saenger in Münster.

Carolin completed her second state law examination at the Higher Regional Court of Celle in 2020, and her first state law examination at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm in 2018.

She completed a specialized course for employment law in 2022, advanced training as a company and authority certified data protection officer in 2018, and law studies in Heidelberg and Münster from 2012 to 2018, with a year abroad in Bilbao (Spain).
