Caleb Oyekanmi trained at Cleary Gottlieb and qualified into the firm’s Employment and Incentives practice before joining Littler.
He holds a law degree from the University of Oxford and a master’s degree from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, and completed his Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.
Caleb is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. He was recognised on the 2025 Pro Bono Recognition List of England & Wales.
