Caitlin O’Hare focuses her practice on labor and employment law matters.
During law school, Caitlin was a staff writer and managing editor of student works on the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal. Additionally, she served as a law clerk at a labor and employment firm in New Jersey, where she worked on a variety of different employment matters such as discrimination and retaliation claims.
During her second year of law school, Caitlin externed with U.S. Eastern District Court of Pennsylvania Magistrate Judge Elizabeth T. Hey. She also externed at a security services company, where she gained valuable in-house experience.
Prior to law school, Caitlin had experience working as an intern for the Hon. Jill Grace O’Malley, of the New Jersey Monmouth County Superior Court. Additionally, while at the University of Richmond, Caitlin ran NCAA Division 1 cross country and track and wrote for her university’s student-run newspaper.
