Jane Chambers counsels and represents employers in a wide range of employment matters, with a focus on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour issues, and unfair competition and trade secrets.

Jane gained extensive experience through diverse externships, including serving as a judicial extern for Judge Shayla Sipp at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Atlanta District, where she drafted memoranda and judicial recommendations on discrimination and sanctions. She also externed in the law division of a prominent multinational corporation. Additionally, Jane focused on administrative law and government work, externing at the Southern Environmental Law Center, and the Environmental Protection Agency (Region 4). Jane began her career with Littler as a summer associate.

During law school, Jane served on the executive boards of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GSU Law Chapter) and the Animal Legal Defense Fund (GSU Law Chapter). She also worked as a research assistant to Legal Librarian Pamela Brannon, contributing to employment, climate, and criminal law research.

Before law school, Jane worked as a litigation paralegal. In her undergraduate career, she gained experience in state-level politics while working at the North Carolina General Assembly and for a bipartisan lobbying firm. Jane also studied abroad in both New Zealand and Ireland.
