Brittney I. Polo focuses her practice on labor and employment law matters.

Previously, she primarily focused on casualty litigation. Brittney represented clients in negligence claims involving personal injury, motor vehicle accident claims, wrongful death, transportation network companies, products, premises liability, and property damage. Before then, she practiced first-party property, handling all aspects of claims from pre-suit to appeal.

During law school, Brittney served as an intern for the Fourth District Court of Appeals. She was a member of the Law Review, Moot Court, and trial team.
