Overview

Brittney Gibson is a research attorney in Littler’s Knowledge Management department. She conducts research and analysis of employment laws and assists with drafting and editing firm publications. She is a contributor to Littler GPS®, for which she provides analysis of recently enacted statutes and regulations and assists with 50-state surveys covering various labor and employment law topics.

Previously, Brittney was an assistant city attorney for the City of Kansas City, where she handled employment and tort litigation. Her background includes experience as an associate and law clerk for a private practice firm with a heavy focus on criminal defense and civil litigation. While in law school, Brittney interned for the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office.
