Bridget Hockaday

Bridget Hockaday represents employers in single-plaintiff and class action litigation in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings. She has extensive experience across all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, interviewing witnesses, drafting and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and participating in mediations and settlement negotiations.

Prior to joining Littler, Bridget completed a two-year clerkship with the Hon. Terry J. Hatter, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. This experience provided her with valuable insight into effective written and oral advocacy from a federal judge’s perspective, which she brings to her practice.
