Brian Attard has defended matters in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration, and has handled EEOC and California Civil Rights Department mediations. Brian has worked on single plaintiff matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, and also has defended wage and hour matters and Private Attorney General Act cases.
Prior to joining Littler, Brian worked at local defense firms focusing his practice on employment defense.
During law school, he participated in the USD Appellate Clinic, litigating an appeal in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Brian also worked as a law clerk for the Hon. Linda Lopez at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
