In his practice, Brendan Collins defends employers against claims of discrimination and harassment, whistleblower retaliation, and wrongful termination. Brendan also advises employers on key human resources matters, including the development of workplace policies and navigation of employee performance issues, terminations, reductions-in-force, workplace accommodations, and other employee relations issues.
Prior to joining Littler, Brendan practiced at the Boston office of a national law firm, where, in addition to his employment practice, he gained valuable litigation experience defending healthcare providers in medical malpractice cases and businesses in complex commercial disputes.
