Brandon Weisman focuses his practice on a broad range of employment law matters.
Prior to joining Littler, Brandon served with the New York City Law Department’s Labor and Employment Division, where he represented the City in state and federal employment litigation. His work involved claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and hostile work environment under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the New York State Human Rights Law, and the New York City Human Rights Law. Brandon managed all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, responding to discovery, preparing dispositive motions, conducting and defending depositions, and representing clients at settlement conferences.
Brandon also served as an assistant law clerk to a justice of the New York State Supreme Court, where he gained valuable insight into judicial decision-making and the discovery process.
During law school, Brandon was an associate editor of the Cardozo Law Review and served as a teaching assistant for the Lawyering & Legal Writing course.
