Benjamin P. Constine

Benjamin Constine’s practice focuses on labor and employment law, including representing employers in front of government agencies, including the National Mediation Board (NMB), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Department of Labor (DOL), and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Before joining Littler, Ben practiced at a large multinational firm where he focused on labor and employment matters, including large-scale collective bargaining negotiations and representation campaigns.

Outside of the office, Ben volunteers with the American Mock Trial Association. He is one of the coaches of the University of Virginia’s Undergraduate Mock Trial Team, which won the 2024 National Championship Tournament.
