Barbara Allyn Blackburn

Barbara Blackburn represents employers in Washington and California in a wide range of labor and employment law matters arising under state and federal law, with a focus on wage and hour class actions, including claims related to minimum wage, overtime, and meal and rest periods. Barbara also represents clients in equal employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. 

In addition to litigation, Barbara counsels employers on various employment issues, including performance management, workplace investigations, leaves and accommodations, and wage and hour compliance. 

Barbara has been with Littler her entire career, first joining the firm as a pre-bar associate.
