Andrew S. Clark focuses his practice on complex employment litigation and advice, with a particular emphasis on wage and hour issues and class action defense. He assists employers in a wide range of industries to navigate intricate federal and state wage and hour laws, including issues related to overtime, exemptions, meal and rest breaks, and employee classification.
Andrew has significant experience handling appellate matters in both federal and state courts. He has successfully briefed and argued appeals involving critical employment law questions, including issues of first impression. In addition, Andrew advises and represents clients in various administrative settings, including the Occupational Safety and Health Administration as well as federal and state equal employment commissions.
Andrew previously served as a law clerk for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
