Andrew Beck is an associate litigator in Littler’s Unfair Competition and Trade Secrets group, where he champions the protection of proprietary information and high-value corporate assets in high-stakes legal battles. His practice is defined by intense, fast-paced litigation where a company’s most vital assets—from proprietary technology and trade secrets to entire books of business and high-performing employees—are at immediate risk. Andrew spends the vast majority of his time on high-stakes evidentiary hearings for temporary restraining orders (TROs), temporary injunctions (TIs) and trials. Across the tech, financial services, insurance, and professional services sectors, he is an advocate when a "bet-the-company" crisis emerges, providing the aggressive trial skills and rapid strategic maneuvers required to stop the bleeding and preserve a client’s competitive advantage.
Recognizing that a company’s greatest investment is its people and its intellectual property, Andrew provides sophisticated prosecution and defense against the theft of trade secrets and the solicitation of key talent. By helping companies aggressively enforce restrictive covenants and safeguard their confidential business methods, Andrew ensures that his clients’ most critical investments remain protected against unfair competition in an increasingly mobile and volatile global marketplace.
