Anastasia F. Osbrink
Anastasia F. Osbrink represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters. She manages cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation, and has served as first chair in multiple trials. Anastasia is known for her courtroom presence and was honored with the Best Orator Award at her previous firm. Her practice includes defending claims involving discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, leave and accommodation issues, and arbitration. She also provides strategic advice and counseling to employers on workplace policies and compliance.
Anastasia earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Scholar and served on the editorial staff of the UCLA Women’s Law Journal. She graduated with honors from San Diego State University with a B.A. in International Security and Conflict Resolution and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
