Overview

Ana Silvia Pérez Duarte has extensive experience as litigation lawyer in labor, commercial, corporate and civil law matters. She has counseled both individuals and multinational companies on these matters.

Since January 2022, Ana Silvia has been responsible for the Litigation Department of BDS in the Dominican Republic. 

She is currently a student in the Master’s Program in Commercial and Corporate Law at Universidad Autónoma of Santo Domingo. Ana Silvia has completed courses in Civil Procedure Law and enforcement remedies, labor and social security law in the Dominican Republic, and in human capital law and its impact on justice.
