Ana Isabel Figueiredo focuses her practice on employment law, with a particular emphasis on employment litigation and strategic advice to employers.
Her work includes handling a wide range of employment-related judicial proceedings, as well as providing ongoing legal support in the management of employment relationships. She also advises clients on restructuring processes and negotiations, conducts and oversees disciplinary proceedings, and provides assistance in termination procedures.
Ana Isabel further has significant experience in defining litigation strategies and representing clients before the courts, ensuring an integrated approach aimed at safeguarding clients’ interests and mitigating legal risks.
She began her professional career in the area of workplace accident litigation, later evolving into a broader employment law practice that combines contentious work with preventive and day-to-day legal advice.
She is pursuing her master’s degree in Competition Law and Regulation at the University of Lisbon, Faculty of Law.
