Overview

Amy Chestnut Dodds is a member of the Littler CaseSmart® team and is based in Idaho. As a research attorney for class, collective, mass and representative actions, she performs multijurisdictional legal research and analyzes issues on a variety of legal topics; writes concise, objective summaries of complex legal issues; and provides recommendations for strategic action by clients faced with employment litigation challenges.

Previously, Amy served as general counsel/vice president human resources for a company with employees throughout the Pacific Northwest and she practiced with a firm concentrating in employment law. Before focusing on employment law, Amy's practice included complex environmental litigation and water rights law.
