Overview

Amy Chestnut Dodds is a member of the Littler CaseSmart – Class Action team and is based in Idaho. She performs multijurisdictional legal research and analyzes issues on a variety of legal topics; writes concise, objective summaries of complex legal issues; and provides recommendations for strategic action by clients faced with employment litigation challenges. At the outset of each litigated matter, she prepares an initial case dossier, which provides clients insight into the legal landscape of the case.

Previously, Amy served as general counsel/vice president human resources for a company with employees throughout the Pacific Northwest and she practiced with a firm concentrating in employment law. Before focusing on employment law, Amy's practice included complex environmental litigation and water rights law.
