Amanda Trull advises and represents employers in all aspects of employment law, and she has successfully defended employers in a federal and state court and before administrative agencies. She has represented employers in claims under: Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1981, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the False Claims Act, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, the Surface Transportation Assistance Act and various state laws. 

Prior to joining Littler, she served as a law clerk for the Hon. Russell G. Vineyard, U.S. Magistrate Judge. She also has experience as in-house employment counsel for a large firm client that is an industry leader in waste services, which has given her valuable insight into the challenges that her clients face on a day-to-day basis. During her time as in-house employment counsel, she provided advice to human resources and business leaders on employment law issues, including hiring, discipline, accommodations, leaves of absence, wage and hour compliance, and terminations. She also developed and delivered internal training and advised internal investigators on investigations involving employee complaints.

During law school, Amanda was a graduate research assistant for Professor Windsor Adams, Lawyering Foundations and interned at the Georgia Attorney General's Office for the Government Services and Employment Division. She was an associate articles editor of the Georgia State University Law Review.
