Selected Matters
- Delivered a complete defense victory in state court litigation, securing dismissal with prejudice of all claims on the eve of trial. The case involved executive-level allegations of discrimination (race, age, and national origin), retaliation, and retaliatory discharge arising from a large-scale reduction in force.
- Achieved a decisive arbitration win, obtaining summary judgment on all claims and dismissal of the case in its entirety. Successfully defeated defamation, whistleblower, and retaliatory discharge claims, with the arbitrator finding a lack of evidentiary support and certain claims time-barred, eliminating the need for a costly multi-day hearing.
- Secured complete summary judgment in federal court, disposing of all claims including retaliation, discrimination, hostile work environment, and wrongful termination and bringing the matter to a full resolution without trial.
- Obtained a full arbitration victory in a workers compensation retaliation matter, resulting in a final award in the employer’s favor and a binding, enforceable resolution of all claims.
