Overview

Amanda Combs focuses her practice on labor and employment law matters. She regularly defends employers of all sizes against a wide variety of employment disputes involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in federal and state courts and in arbitration. Amanda has handled administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights. She also has experience with wage and hour litigation, preparing appellate briefs, and conducting workplace investigations. 

Prior to joining Littler, Amanda practiced with an insurance defense firm where she represented individuals and companies throughout Kentucky. In that role, she gained invaluable experience in all stages of civil litigation, including handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing and arguing dispositive motions, and assisting with jury trials. While in law school, Amanda was a member of the Moot Court Board and the National Moot Court Team.
