Amalia Nieto focuses her practice on labor and employment law matters.

Prior to joining Littler, Amalia worked for two well respected plaintiff’s side employment law firms in New Jersey and New York. Her experience includes harassment and discrimination litigation, as well as whistleblower litigation. Amalia clerked for the Hon. Jaclyn Medina in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division – Family Part in Bergen County.
