Overview

Alyssa Gjedsted focuses her practice on advising management on labor and employment matters. 

Prior to joining Littler, she developed her labor and employment experience as an associate at a Los Angeles firm in addition to a boutique firm. She handled all aspects of labor and employment matters, including discovery, taking depositions, attending mediations, arguing dispositive motions, handling LACERA arbitrations, second-chairing a two week jury trial to defense verdict, and successfully arguing before the California Court of Appeals. 

While in law school, Alyssa externed for Judge Alarcon at the Ninth Circuit. Alyssa also received the Straus Institute Certificate for Alternative Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law.
