Allison Gotthold
Allison Gotthold focuses her practice on labor and employment law matters.
Prior to joining Littler, Allison practiced as a commercial litigator, handling a wide array of matters, including foreclosures, real estate, construction claims, contract issues, and general liability cases. She also has experience representing clients in employment litigation, focusing on claims involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Her background includes representing plaintiffs in these matters, which gives her a well-rounded perspective that she brings to Littler and her clients.
During law school, Allison interned with the New Jersey Superior Court and served as a student attorney in the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee, and Emigrant Services (CARES), where she successfully litigated to stop removal proceedings against her client.
