Ali M. Hmoud represents and counsels management clients on labor and employment law matters. He has experience representing corporations in a broad range of employment matters, including FEHA, class action, wage and hour, PAGA, employee benefits, equal pay, and medical leave and disability accommodations. Ali has counseled corporations regarding HR, disability accommodations, medical leaves, new hire agreements, and severance agreements.
Ali has also represented clients in various insurance defense litigation matter in employment, personal injury, and environmental toxic torts matters. During law school, Ali held an internship at a leading derivatives marketplace in Chicago, Illinois, where he performed significant legal research in a variety of areas including employment, patent, and commercial litigation.
