Alex Kim focuses his practice on labor and employment law matters. He has experience handling every step of the litigation process from reviewing cases, drafting pleadings, handling discovery, negotiating resolutions, filing and responding to motions, and appearing for court hearings on contested and uncontested matters.
Prior to joining Littler, Alex was with the Multnomah County District Attorney’s office for 18 months as a Deputy District Attorney, and 10 months as a certified law student. He tried several jury and bench trials from start to finish and gained valuable courtroom experience nearly every day.
Alex previously interned for a summer at a civil law personal injury firm, and he worked as a teaching and writing assistant at Rutgers University for various undergraduate labor and employment courses.
