Overview

Alejandra Gallegos defends and advises employers in all aspects of employment law. She has extensive experience in employment litigation matters in state and federal court, including wage and hour class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative actions, single plaintiff discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and failure to accommodate claims. Alejandra also represents clients in pre-litigation disputes including records requests, demand letters, and administrative charges.

Alejandra leverages her bilingual skillset in representing clients who employ a Spanish-speaking workforce and Spanish-speaking clients.
