Aisha Richey

Pronounced: Eye-sha Rich-ee

Aisha Richey is a research attorney in Littler’s Knowledge Management department. 

Aisha previously spent seven years with the Department of the Navy’s Office of the General Counsel advising on civilian personnel and labor law, as well as federal government contracting and acquisition. She regularly advised management on disciplinary actions, management investigations, allegations of harassment, requests for reasonable accommodation, and union grievances. Aisha also regularly litigated before the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) and the EEOC on cases involving everything from allegations of whistleblower reprisal to unlawful termination to discrimination.

She spent one year post-law school at the University of Alabama’s Office of Counsel advising on higher education employment matters, including cases pending before the EEOC.
