Overview

Abigail L. Giarrusso represents and counsels employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters arising under federal and state law, including employment discrimination, unequal pay, retaliation, wage and hour obligations, and whistleblower lawsuits. 

Prior to joining Littler, Abigail practiced with a Rochester-based litigation firm, where she represented clients in diverse litigation matters including employment law, higher education law, commercial law, insurance law, and medical malpractice. She also counseled clients on litigation prevention.
