Overview

Teresa Trigueros Ramos regularly advises national and multinational companies on judicial and nonjudicial matters. Her clients are from a range of industry sectors, including banking, insurance, energy, distribution, tourism, services, the media, and new technologies.

She has extensive experience in the design and implementation of documents related to business unit transfer operations, collective dismissals, collective bargaining, collective files of substantial modification of working conditions, or nonapplication of the agreement. She also provides labor-related advice to to senior managers and professional athletes. She has directed numerous legal proceedings in all instances.

Teresa regularly tutors students from the Faculty of Social and Legal Sciences of Carlos III University in their external practices, as well as students who have studied the Master of Legal Practice and Access to Law (Centro de Estudios Garrigues, ESADE). She has published several articles on labor matters in the human resources magazine Observatorio.

Her education includes Superior Technician in Prevention of Labor Risks with a Speciality in Security in the Workplace, and Legal Practices of the Illustrious, Bar Association of Malaga.
