Overview

Manuel W. Rosa has extensive experience in labor litigation. Manuel served as a court employee and then as a law clerk of the First Trial Labor Court of San Salvador for over seven years. In addition, he worked as an independent attorney in the litigation and labor counseling fields, and as a professor at a number of universities in El Salvador. Manuel has focused exclusively on labor counseling for local and international companies since 2014. He has significant experience in immigration procedures for foreign employees of multinational companies.

Manuel has several articles published in Enfoque Jurídico magazine and has spoken at various seminars on labor law topics.
