Overview

Francisco J. Cerda advises and represents clients in a wide range of labor and employment matters. He has ample experience drafting internal labor regulations, collective bargaining, audits of labor administration and administrative procedures, and labor legal audits.

Francisco has experience as legal counsel for various Nicaraguan companies, and has completed post-graduate study in Nicaraguan Social Security Law.

Francisco also lectures at the Universidad Politécnica de Nicaragua in Individual Labor Law, Collective Labor and Social Security Law, and Procedural Labor Law.
