Daniel Mauricio Contreras focuses his practice on labor and social security law, with experience in labor litigation and preventive advisory for employers. His practice involves supporting companies in the management of complex labor matters, including disputes and compliance with labor regulations, as well as proceedings before the Ministry of Labor.
He has built his career from multiple perspectives within the labor law field. He began his professional path as an assistant at the Constitutional Court, where he gained a strong constitutional perspective on labor law. He later worked in law firms and in the private sector, particularly in the telecommunications industry, where he served as Legal Director.
Daniel currently supports the team in the firm’s Litigation, Advisory, and Ministry of Labor matters units. His work includes assisting clients in labor disputes and providing guidance on strategic labor and social security issues.
