This program will be a lively look at new developments in employment and labor law. 

(PLEASE NOTE, in response to numerous requests, we have extended the length of the program to end at 11:00 a.m., rather than 10:30 a.m. as in prior years.) 

The speakers will review the effects, positive and negative, of recent litigation and legislative and agency trends, as well as explore a wide range of cutting-edge employment/labor topics impacting Northern California employers of all sizes, such as:
