Proposed Blacklisting Rule

This webinar will be analyzing the new "blacklisting" rule that was published by the Federal Acquisition Regulatory (FAR) Council on May 28, 2015. The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) was authored in response to President Obama's Executive Order titled "Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces."
