Basic Workers' Compensation in California Seminar

Everyone involved with workers' compensation claims must be aware of the numerous and often complex issues associated with handling them. In conjunction with Lorman Education Services, Littler Shareholder Ronald A. Peters presents an overview of the workers' compensation system and medical case management intervention services, as well as strategies and recent developments in the field. Attendees will take away a knowledge of workers' compensation and medical leave laws, an understanding of the common issues encountered by employers, and the ability to review medical care provisions.
