Wisconsin E-Discovery Rules

The Wisconsin Supreme Court's Order [pdf] regarding E-Discovery contains rules which go into effect on Jan. 1, 2011.  There is still an outstanding issue regarding whether the meet and confer provision will be mandatory or discretionary.  A hearing on the matter has been set for the fall.
