Reconstituted ARB Expanding Sarbanes-Oxley Whistleblower Protections

Ellis provides a detailed analysis of recent decisions by the Labor Department’s Administrative Review Board (ARB) under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act’s whistleblower provisions.
