New NLRB Rule Requires Posting of Workers' Right to Organize

Corporate Counsel

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) announced that, effective November 14, 2011, employers covered by the National Labor Relations Act will be required to post 11-by-17-inch notices spelling out employee rights to organize in the workplace.
