Littler Mendelson Welcomes Alan McLaughlin to Indianapolis Office

Indianapolis, IN/ May 4, 2007 -- Littler Mendelson, P.C. (Littler), the nation's largest labor and employment law firm, adds another Shareholder in Indianapolis. Alan McLaughlin, formerly of Baker & Daniels, joined Littler's Indianapolis office May 1st.

Mr. McLaughlin concentrates his practice in a broad range of employment and labor law matters, and commercial litigation. He provides compliance training and counseling to employers along with representation in actions before administrative agencies and in state and federal courts throughout the United States. His experience includes defense of class actions and wage/hour collective actions.

As an active member of the legal community, Mr. McLaughlin is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association (past Chair, Litigation Section), the Seventh Circuit Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He has also published and presented on a wide range of labor and employment topics.

Mr. McLaughlin earned his A.B. from Wabash College, summa cum laude, and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and Indiana state courts.
