Littler shareholder Alan Levins provides an analyses of a case in which the plaintiff, who was fired from work for an on-the-job outburst, filed an unfair labor practice charge with the National Labor Relations Board, maintaining that his words were protected under the National Labor Relations Act because he had been objecting to the conditions at his place of work.
