Family obligation is growing field of discrimination law

This article adresses the increasing amount of lawsuits due to harassment out of family obligations in the workplace. Littler's Rod Fliegel is quoted in this article as saying that "he sees the reverse problem -- employees with performance or attendance problems sometimes invoking FMLA protections when they're about to be fired."
