ARB Dismisses OFCCP Complaint Against Florida Hospital Participating in TRICARE

In this article, Littler attorney David Goldstein is quoted on the Department of Labor Administrative Review Board's dismissal of an Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) complaint against a Florida hospital participating in TRICARE, the Defense Department's health care program for active and retired military members. "They did send a message that OFCCP faces an uphill battle if it chooses to continue to assert jurisdiction based on TRICARE participation," said Goldstein.
