  • Defended a university against a claim of religious discrimination and failure to accommodate brought by an employee
  • Procured dismissal of a claim by employees against a national supply-chain corporation asserting a pattern and practice of discrimination
  • Procured dismissal of a claim by a Caucasian candidate for a university faculty position for failure to hire
