Horses, Tattoos and Guns… Accommodation Issues and Solutions for Today’s Workplace

It's no secret, today's employers are stuck between a rock and a hard place when it comes to employee demands and legal compliance, all the while trying to make sure the workplace is productive. This program will interactively explore, through video scenarios and lively discussion, issues such as:

• The employee with a small arsenal in the trunk of his car
• The person who plans to bring his therapy horse into the office
• The use of social media to make employment decisions, such as whether you can terminate the employee suffering from a disabling illness who is seen in social media whooping it up at the beach
