The interactive discussion will identify the issues most likely to spawn new laws (or new interpretations of old laws) governing the workplace, as well as provide practical guidance to help you achieve compliance and manage your risk. This program will bring you the latest court, legislative, and regulatory activity that you need to know including information regarding:

  • Anticipated policy directions from the White House to the administrative agencies
  • The latest on the new FLSA overtime regulations
  • The march toward a $15/hour minimum wage
  • Leveling the playing field via pay equity, paid sick leave, and prohibitions on the use of criminal records
  • The resurgence of organized labor and the direction of the National Labor Relations Board
