In March, the U.S. Department of Labor published three proposal to revise the FLSA regulations that will have a significant impact on how you classify and pay employees. Former DOL Wage & Hour Administrator and ComplianceHR's VP of Strategy, Tammy McCutchen, provides a briefing on the most significant wage-hour developments since 2016.
